Short profile:\\r\\nThe Azerbaijan National Information Centre on Human Rights (NICHR) was established in 2005 and registered on 2006, July.\\r\\nNICHR is a non-political, non-commercial,voluntary, independent youth instution.\\r\\nThe main aim of NICHR is peace and tolerance in the world. Its aim is also to carry out comprehensive legal reforms.\\r\\nNICHR provides some projects on human rights, child rights and collaborated with governmental, non-governmental and international organizations.\\r\\nNICHR also wants to carry out the legal advocacy center for protection of rights of vulnerable groups of population. The main purpose of the organization is providing the support to education in the field of human rights, and legal advocacy for everyone.\\r\\nNICHR unites over 250 students, graduates,and,intellectual young people from different universities of Azerbaijan, studying or dealing with Law, International relations, International law, and diplomacy. \\r\\n MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE RESPONSE STRATEGY (NICHR) are:\\r\\n
