1. promote well-balanced and sustainable development of regions of Latvia;
2. promote specific feature and development potencial of each nature and culture territory of country saving and development.
In this organization take part people, who want to give investment in development of Latvia by using their knowledge and abilities to attract financing from different funds, inter alia, Europe Structural funds. Participants are writing and manage projects to solve problems, which are significant here in Latvia. These problems are connected with environment, urban development, employment, culture and with other different things.
