Short profile:CE.S.I.S. is a studies centre born in 1997 by professionals concerned in several fields and sharing the aim of promoting environmentally integrated, sustainable development.
CE.S.I.S. collaborates with local institutions, provincial and regional authorities on socio- economic programming; it operates in order to involve stakeholders since the start up phase in planning development projects, so that to meet their own requirements. CE.S.I.S. cooperates proactively with other local development centres of regional, national and international level. It is partner of the European Association DELOS Costellation and C.R.E.S.M. (Centre for socio economic researches for southern). Since 2002 CE.S.I.S. deals with educational trainings co funded by the European Social Fund, using the methodologies of Project Cycle management and implementing Project Management systems.
Since 2003 CE.S.I.S. is accredited for long life learning and higher education by Sicilian Region with the Regional Identification Code 92005906
