Short profile:ESER ,,Pionier” is a young association, during its short existence it has been very active. Most of all it relies on the knowledge and work of their members who have a great experience gained while actively participating in other
non-governmental organizations.

The main goals of ESER „Pionier” are:
-propagating the youngsters’ education and self-education,
-propagating meetings of young people’s from all over the world as well as reacting and help in solving problems concerning children and youngsters;
-unemployed activation ;
-propagating learning foreign languages;
-supporting social initiatives aimed at broadly understood education and development;
-propagating European education, experiences exchange programmes, arranging partners for joint ventures;
-pro European activity connected with integration. Those principles are being realized by organizing international exchanges, law, psychological and professional guidance, and help in fund raising, organizing trainings, courses and foreign languages classes.

So far, the main achievements of the association are youngsters exchange programme called “Common Europe- different emotions”. It was a many-sided exchange between Poland, Lithuania, Malta and Spain (2-10.03.2008) and its main activities were social integration, culture and art. Next projects were two Polish-Ukrainian youngsters’ exchanges: “Euro 2012- our goal and task“and “Discovering the historical boarders of the Republic of Poland”, also realized in year 2008. Additionally, as a supporting organization, ESER ,,Pionier” participated in such project as “It’s time for Spain” (1.02.2008 – 30.06.2008) and “The Midsummer’s Night Festival” (1.05.2008 – 30.08.2008).
