Short profile:I.P.A. stands for: International Project Argos. It started in 1992 on initiative from a couple of youngsters from the youthcenter Argos. Since 1993 there has been an exchange every year. In 1993 started the first exchange. The youth of the youthcenter was interested in learning from other cultures. All of the participants and the management are volunteers. We have a lott of experience build up over the years in organizing youth exchanges.
