Short profile:At the moment I am a youth worker in Tallinn Youth Work Centre (Central city youth work centre).My main work duties are: preparing reports and collation of statistics, promoting services and programs to relevant target groups, planning personal work and action plan, writing new youth projects, arrange clubs and studios in youth center, conducting comprehensive assessments of the young people’s needs, developing suitable strategies and goals in the form of case plans in consultation with individual young people, respond to the needs of young people with empathy and understanding, showing sensitivity to the needs of young people from different economic and social backgrounds and etc. I finished Tallinn Pedagogical College in 2005 and I have diploma in youth work. In 2006 I started master degree studies in communication in Tallinn University.
Few months ago I worked as a project manager in Eesti Päevaleht (Estonian Daily Newspaper, EPL). My work duties were: communication with clients and EPL marketing department; organizing and controlling the projects; running different advertising campaigns; planning teamwork between my team members; compiling year budget and compiling budget for every new campaign etc.
