Short profile:In our project we are interested in promoting extreme sports, supporting youth alternative initiatives and projects, realised in areas of leisure time in urban areas, alternative sports, city culture, art, cinematography, photography and youth development.\\r\\nAmong members of Alternatywa BMX Association there are experienced trainers, athletes, teachers, managers, graphic designers, filmmakers and artists. Our volunteers are mainly young people from 15 to 27 years old. Lots of them are students of the humanities: graphic, photography, management and pedagogic. We have about 20-30 members and volunteers in Lodz and twice as much in other regions of Poland. \\r\\nSome activities for volunteers in this project are:\\r\\n-organising with other volunteers championships, contests, jam\\\'s, shows, workshops, open-air cinemas, exhibitions, concerts and others.\\r\\n-Promoting and serving all needed information through our two web services ( Polish based and European based ). In order to serve all needed information we want to develop our office ( that is located in the downtownof Lodz ) as Youth Info Centre based o alternative city sports. \\r\\n-Workshops for children and youth at schools and other institutions\\r\\n-Promoting extreme sports in our city and country.
