Short profile:Rotaract Club of Tirana is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. It is composed of different background students, employees and undertakers. Rotaract in itself is a project of Rotary International and closely cooporates in many projects nationaly and internationaly.
Nationally, the Rotaract Club of Tirana in coop with Rotary:
• Reconstructed an old high school situated in the north of Tirana. It serves to the significant population of the Rome minority in Albania.
• Subsidized 30 chairs for the tetraplegic foundation in Berati city in Albania
• Built an Information Technology laboratory in the Dajti Village, situated far from the Tirana district
Internationally, the Rotaract Club of Tirana:
In coop with other Rotaract Clubs in Italy, organized in Tirana a workshop about Leadership Development including these topics: improving public speaking skills, building consensus among members, delegating project responsibilities and ensuring necessary follow-up, identifying channels for project publicity and promotion, finding financial resources for strengthening club development.
