Short profile:Exceptional Society is consisted of members who adopt sustainable life philosophy as a life style. Founded in september 2008, its main working areas are researching, practising and popularizing the supportive practices of sustainable life. The aim of its workings are to find alternatives in the current system and enable other people to experience this alternative life style. Thinking that the earth can no longer endure some of our usual habits and defend that it’s possibble to have a different life without making much concessions to our usual habits, Exceptional Society carries on its works for this purpose. The main purpose of our association is to determine a vision devoted to sustainable future of the city and organize activities to make this vision real. Exceptional Society looks at our habits from a different perspective, find different solutions and perform these solutions and tries to popularize these practices. Since 2008, our association has carried out the project 100 % cycle, supported by Coca Cola Life Plus Programme. Aiming at to popularize sustainable energy systems, the project has been running at two 215 sf² hobby houses and a 1054 sf² glass house constructed on a 3229 sf² area at Alaaddinbey hobby gardens in Nilufer / Bursa.
