Short profile:The Group of the European Youth for Change - GEYC is an informal group of young people from Romania founded in 2010. Our mission is to empower young people to determine a change in the mentalities of people from their community.

We are a group of students interested in economics and social issues. We are trying to improve our skills gained trough the educational system by participating in different kind of activities (conferences, debates, workshops, seminars etc) in order to have a better social awareness and to learn from the others mentalities and experiences. We believe in social change made by youth ideas, beliefs and volunteer engagement.

It is said that the main problem of the romanians is the fact that they don't trust their ideas and they don't insist to put their ideas in practice. We want to make this change real!
