Short profile:Centre for Youth Work (CZOR) is citizens’ association working in the field of professional, systematic and planned youth
work in Republic of Serbia from 2001, as well as through partner projects in Balkan region and outside of it, with the aim
of community development in general. CZOR recognizes young people as resource of our society and as equal partners in
local community development.
 Vision: Democratic responsible citizens as the carriers of social changes.
 Mission: Center for Youth Work is a Democratic Resource Center. Achieves its vision through public advocacy,
education and strengthening the capacity of the carriers of democratic social changes, using the methodology of
social education and community youth work. In this way, we encourage cross-sector cooperation, the EU
integration and the creation of public policies with the aim of improving the status of young people in society.
CZOR has in itself a large number of successfully implemented projects and various activities on local, regional, national
and international level. The success of association is reflected in a large number of partnerships with civil societies and
different institutions in Serbia.
The goals are accomplished through:
 Educational programme- Bachelor in Developmental Community Youth Work (CYW)
 Prevention of social exclusion/social youth work (youth work with Roma, young people with behavior and
mental disorder, young people from rural areas, etc.)
 Community youth work program
 Volunteer program
 Youth exchanges and trainings
