| Short profile: | Informal Group “System and G” was created under the purpose to be transformed in the future to NGO “System and G”, and its members are 6 active young citizens. S&G has arisen as a result of three ex EVS volunteers with a large prior experience in youth projects (international exchange, seminars, workshops, EVS) and field in NGOs. They formed to further educate young people from Greece giving priority to youngsters with few opportunities, and gathering other volunteers, giving them the opportunity to acquire new international experience, discover another culture and creativity in the future for young people to serve as a force for personal development and expanding horizons. S&G aims to activate its volunteers in the fields of active citizenship and environmental awareness by encourage youth participation in related processes, as well as equip them with information about various opportunities to participate in national and multicultural projects, Greece, Europe and the world. To achieve its objectives, S&G is planning to organize and participate in various national and international events - seminars, camps, youth exchanges, in the presence of well motivated young people, thus contributing to the Greek mobility of young people to other cultures and getting to know a European consciousness.
S&G all activities will be mainly based on non-formal education methods. Creativity, culture, art, nature and environmental awareness, intercultural dialogue, joy, European awareness, research, democracy, active participation, tolerance, inclusion, information, informal education and voluntary - these are key words in S&G all activities. S&G belief is - the international experience, cultural interaction and exchange of experiences is one of the most important and most effective drivers for personal development, it significantly broadens the horizons of young people and opens up a wider view of their own, the state and the future.
