Short profile:Kirikkale Il Sosyal Hizmetler Mudurlugu is an official institution which deals with children rights, disabled persons, disadvantaged persons, women rights; also gives monthly payments to those who are needy; or micro credits to the women wanting to start their own business. We provide free adult education for the benefit of the people of our city.

The formal mission of the institution includes;
- determining the basic principles and model of the social services with respect to social changes, international contracts, and constitutional law.
- meeting the material and moral needs of the people having difficulty in leading a life of sufficient quality.
- corporation with the other formal and informal institutions and groups.
