Short profile:Addis Ababa youth Association (AAYA) is a non - profit making, non-faith based, non - governmental and non - partisan association established in 1990E.C by the free will of youth between the age of 15 and 35. The association has the overall goal of national development and creation of joint arms of the youth through youth action. The association has 2982 female and 5050 male total 8012 members and the association is engaged in different development activities in the area of employment creation, anti HIV/AIDS, environment protection and green initiatives, and micro-finance and saving, youth empowerment, gender, human rights, democracy and good governance.
VISION: - To make-out productive, responsible, and reliable healthy youth citizen that rigorously participate in economic, social and political activities of the country.
