The Volunteer Center is an independent non-governmental association established to promote volunteerism, developing and implementing volunteer centers and monitoring the implementation of legal regulations related to volunteer work and the rights of volunteers in Montenegro.

The mission of Volunteer Centers is to improve the quality of life and social equality of individuals, different groups and organizations through the implementation of developmental and educational programs at local, national and international levels to enhance the democratic processes of society.

Member of Volunteer Centers can become all interested parties and individuals who wish to assist, with their participation, the implementation of strategic plans of the Volunteer Center.
