Short profile:Orientare is a cultural association, born in 1996 for the impulse of a group of students. Its main aim has been to create a network of services able to support young people in their educational, vocational and professional progression. For this purpose Orientare collaborates with the main actors at the local, national and international level. For instance: Region of Sardinia /Departments of Education, Vocational Training, Labor, Ministry of Labour, European Union, Cagliari and Sassari Universities, Chamber of Commerce Cagliari, Cagliari City Council, Cagliari Council Department for Youth Policies and Informatics, vocational training centres, temporary work agencies, youth information agencies.

The main activities are: management of projects related to information, education and guidance, editorial services (guides, newsletters, brochures, research reports), management of youth services (information, guidance and assessment), management of Cagliari Youth Centre.

All the service are free of charge, open to every interested people (both young people and youth workers) and mostly addressed to disadvantaged segments, so to promote their development and promote social inclusion.
