Our mission: spreading of democratic values through the creation of integrated platform for cooperation between different levels of society, non-governmental sector and the state with the principle of social diplomacy using intercultural learning instruments of non-formal education that focus on the personal and professional development of young people and on the capacity building of youth organisations in Russia, Europe and the Middle East.

Our aims: Foundation and development of social, cultural and religious tolerance in the region which is located close to the unstable Caucasus. Promotion of the European social and political values. Creation of the open expert’s network, built on long-term partnership between NGOs, institutional structures and public authorities.
