Short profile:The ITS Gozo is a further education institution aimed at meeting the changing needs of hospitality and tourism industry. Its main responsibility if to furnish the tourism sector with professional personnel who guarantee an excellent standard of products and services within the hospitality industry.\\r\\n\\r\\nThe institute operates its own restaurant. The objective of this restaurant is to provide hands on training to young learner, whilst giving good value for money to patrons. A select wine list is also offered to entice the guest. This is done in order to further provide adequate practical opportunity and exposure to ITS students on all aspects of service ofered to the clientele.The sophisticated modrn cuisine of the food production team is a perfect wine friendly fare. Touches of Ferench, Italian, Maltese cuisine are the foundation, as in the varied Hors d''Oeuvres. Main course dishes range from fish, shellfish, tenderloin of beef and pork, chicken, lamb and veal served with market fresh vegetables and potatoes
