Short profile:Formater is a vocational training agency with consolidated experience in the prevention of juvenile unemployment and ongoing staff training and orientation for the small and medium enterprises.
Formater organizes and manages qualification and specialization courses and provides higher technical education and training for positions in greater demand in field of commerce, tourism, and services, so as to facilitate the recruitment of young workers; and staff requalification and updating courses based on company and workers requests.
Along side its role as a provider of training courses, Formater has partaken in the realization of many regional, national, and European projects on unemployment prevention, with particular focus on the integration of people with fewer opportunities, and promoting equal opportunities between men and women mainly addressed to immigrants and young women.
Formater is actually working, with local institutions, for the development of youth polices on the territory, in particular the agency is leading projects concerning active citizenship and promoting active involvement of youth in the local community.
