Short profile:Our organization provides charitable services in the field of social services and humanitarian care, development and protection of spiritual and cultural values, as well as the supplementary education for children and youth. Our particularity in this is that its activities focus on areas that work with youth in our region is an empty space, which also applies to the proposals.We work primarily with at risk youth. Under this term we mean young people at risk of social exclusion or socially excluded - street youth, addicts with conduct disorder, after treatment and inpatient care, the unemployed (especially long term) ... It's group, which in our surroundings and overlooks the region and works with it systematically. When we work with them is our main motto "help to build their own future" - this means that we want to help you decide about your life, that their decisions were correct, and in fulfillment of their decision to integrate them into society as mature personality, which can lead independent full meaningful lives.
Our work lies in the fact that they try to create a variety of support mechanisms from basic social counseling through the development of alternatives for meaningful use of leisure time to accompany them in dealing with life crises.
We are registered as a provider of social services for HTU Žilina as operator of low-threshold center for children and family, Cool Club, both as a provider of basic social counseling and social services field. As part of the Orava region we are the only accredited body of the European Voluntary Service in the Youth in Action Programme.
