| Short profile: | “Nomadic” is an innovative youth organization with 28 voluntary members and 3 youth-workers which was established in İstanbul, in 2009. We have been working for a long time for Youth Action and Youth Exchanges Projects and we succeed all of them, also. By the time, there are a lot of projects that we carry on or join in our country nearly each month. At the same time, we create new activities as volunteers of “European Capital of Culture 2010” and support their actions.
With our interests in, global environmental challenges and climate change, to recognize different cultures, doing social responsibility projects, combating racism and xenophobia, human rights, art, music, traditional music and dance, history, working with disability people and building new social and cultural organizations.
If we mention about our last projects in Turkey, It was about combating racism and xenophobia. Our goals are, to provide young people different perspectives and responsibility. Also, we are trying to help them about their personal devolopment. In addition to this, we are working for recognizing different cultures but the main goal is adding to our own European vision.
We produced a lot of activities, projects and actions in Turkey and nearly all over the Europe. Also we know that there is not limit in this way for “Nomadic”.
