Short profile:H-PAN’s primary mission is to help ensure that young people and their communities feel part of, and are able to contribute to, the social, intercultural and economic development of wider society in Manchester. We strive to serve hard-to-reach young people and communities including Black and Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups, young people not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), Roma, and refugees/asylum seekers. It is within these communities whereby a lack of basic support and service provision is resulting in large numbers of marginalised and vulnerable young people.
