Short profile:Step4Inclusion is a newly established Italian organization based in Bologna. It has been created by a group of young people with a long experience in the non-profit sector and who are willing to contribute in solving problems concerning youth, minorities and disadvantaged groups.
Step4Inclusion\'s mission is to challenge young people, minorities and disadvantaged groups to develop their role as active citizens, to identify issues at personal, local and global levels and create strategies for an active involvement.

Our main aims are:
- To challenge young people\'s creativity and to promote and support their free expression
- To promote the social inclusion of young people, minorities and disadvantaged groups
- To use intercultural learning’ methods in an informal environment in order to stimulate people to benefit from cultural differences instead of fearing them
- To encourage people to be respectful with regard to the environment and to be involved in environmental protection activities
- To promote equality and work against discriminations
- To promote mobility and voluntarism

What we do:
- Organization of educational and training activities
- Organization of intercultural, artistic and cultural events
- Creative after-school activities
- Preventive and anti-discrimination campaigns
- Educational campaigns for promoting active citizenship and voluntarism
- Intercultural youth exchanges and voluntary service activities
- Education on environmental issues
- Projects and programs for the social inclusion of young people, minorities and disadvantaged groups
- Researches regarding social and environmental issues
- Networking and exchanges of good practices whit other organizations in Italy and abroad
