Short profile:Osman Onal Primary School is located in Korkuteli, in Antalya which is at southern part of Turkey, not far from just 60 kilometers to the Mediterranean Sea. My school has a number of about 500 pupils, coming mostly from the centre of the town, but also from surrounding villages. It is located in a rural area. Plenty of people grow fruit and vegetables here then market their products. Here is also famous for its fruits and cultivated mushroom, and has a wonderful nature. There are lakes, streams and dams around the town. Its teaching staff has about 40 teachers, and non-teaching is about 10. It was a Regional Boarding school till the last year, but its pension was closed. It is a typical state school in primary level at present. We have an ICT Lab and a school library. All classes have projectors and PCs. It is one of the most successful schools in Korkuteli. In Antalya, we have played a significant role in especially sportive activities and different competitions till today.
