Short profile:Established in 1992, Springboard works with young people to develop capacity building and promote intercultural understanding. We focus on young people whoface disadvantage and offer opportunities through development at home combined overseas experiences, such as study visits and/or internships. Areas of focus include local & global citizenship, an increased understanding of diversity & cultural competence, personal & social education and professional development. We have worked with over 5800 people over the last 20 years and developed extensive international networks, particularly in Europe.
