In March 2010, a small group of committed Afghan youths began seeking ways to help youths in Afghanistan, they met together and talked about forming an organization through which they are able to expand their objectives and try to promote confederacy among Afghanistan youth.
Eventually they established Afghan Youth Confederacy (AYNC) the first Afghan organization to work for Youth Confederacy as- non-governmental and non-for- profit organization, furthering the interest of no political entity in Afghanistan or elsewhere.
AYNC is working for the promotion of Education, Advocacy, Gender, Human right, Capacity building, Job opportunity and Health education as the foundation upon which the future development of Afghanistan will be built through direct encouragement and participation in the mention subjects.
AYNC is also the first Afghan –led youth research organization in Afghanistan with the aim of building up the capacity of Afghans to conduct quality research at a competitive level, and help empower Afghan civil society to take a leadership role in research, advocacy and policy formulation in confederacy and development processes and debates nationally giving ownership back to Afghan.

To facilitate the process of confederacy and sustainable social development by mobilizing and building capacities through a participatory approach that builds cooperation, trust and transform conflict to share research, experience and learning and use this to actively influence for positive change at all levels.
