Short profile:After being established in 2010, CIAD enrolled 8 members and around 15 volunteers. So far, it has taken part in various national and local initiatives. Most of all, recently it has completed a project that investigated the main barriers, enablers and incentives to youth participation on local level. Although the organization has no previous project experience with the programme “Youth in Action”, its members and volunteers have taken part in other projects organized by the programme. What’s more, the members of the organization have past professional experience with running other local, national and international projects.
