Short profile:EPYD’s work is aimed towards community youth development having the youth as the driving force behind it. Community development involves changing the relationships between ordinary people and people in positions of power, so that everyone can take part in the issues that affect their lives.

EPYD creates, develops and maintains groups, organizations or youth leaders that can play an active role and become partners in the decision- making processes, and a driving force in shaping the society they live in.

We are also constantly looking for new ways to bring innovation and development in the youth field. This meaning that we try to either support the activity and development of exiting actors in the youth field or we try and create new frameworks that aim towards creating new actors, empowering youth, better integrate them in society and so on.
