Our association is local and had around 500 members since 1996, we are situate I local city of Sollefteå Sweden

Another view / perspective of Europe with the association you can establish contacts, exchange ideas with other young people in Europe.
An other important goal is to work against racism and xenophobia.
By working over the boundary / border-lines, VUFE believes that you can reach far, even if the cultural differences between different countries can be very big.
There are tremendously many youngsters, school-classes, groups, and organizations, which wants to visit Sweden to make an exchange.
What can you do in VUFEs direction and aims? -Youth affairs with a European insight
-Inform and help youth leaders to participate in different courses and short study visits of different kinds, both in Sweden and in Europe.
It can be about intercultural learning, meetings over the borders, conflict management or leaders training.
-to valorise the achievements of the existing initiatives, to encourage stronger dialogue between main governmental and non-governmental actors in the youth field about the YOUTH programme as a tool for developing youth work, European youth co-operation and youth mobility
-to initiate and develop a more strategic approach for the further implementation of the YOUTH programme in all Europe, to give a clearer sense of purpose to the various local, national and regional actors working for the YOUTH programme in the countries of Europe.
-to increase the accessibility of the SALTO-YOUTH programme in all local clubs in our region. -European solidarity
The “VUFE” Association want to promote Youth Initiatives by developing the European dimension of local projects and facilitating the contact-making for networking projects within Action 3 of the YOUTH programme.
Activities:
Training course for the development of Support measures
Youth exchanges, European Voluntary Service projects, International study tours, Training courses for Youth leaders, Youth Camps, Youth Network, local youth and cultural initiatives within European dimension
