This program aims to promote international cooperation and exchanges between administrations, companies and citizens from different Mediterranean countries to get the following targets:• To promote and spread knowledge in management, planning and development of the cities.• To spread experiences and policies to solve essential needs and aspirations of citizens.• To develop civic awareness and acceptance of citizens responsibilities in the Smart Cities field, as well as an active participation in planning or execution of programs focused on regions, metropolitan areas and cities development.• To promote investigations and projects focused on improve urban space organization, environment, living conditions of citizens and its economic and social health.• To promote people understanding and dialogue between cities of different countries.
