1. Promotion and protection of democratic values in civil society.
2. Protection and development of national and universal ideals and principles of democracy, especially human rights.
3. Supporting NGOs visiting Bulgaria and the world for sustainable development of the third sector.
4.Support cultural, economic and educational ties between Bulgaria and the European Union and the world.
