Short profile:YOUTH SPORTS AND TOURISM CENTER “KAUNAS” is a young organization established by experienced and competent people in motion.
The main objective of the organization is: meet the public interest in the development of youth employment in sports and tourism, and through non-formal education, training and educational activities, as well as other socially useful activities.
Institution's objectives and activities:
The organization brings together young people, organized by the leisure and employment, sports and tourism. Develops an open youth center based on the principle of work and youth employment.
Organise and conduct non-formal education principles and methodology based activities focused on young people's education and personal development.
Organizes and supports sports and tourism events, and participate in them.
Supports and prepares athletes to participate in various sports competitions.
Encourage more young people to travel, get to know your country and the culture, history and nature.
Develops cultural, scientific, educational and other relations with foreign countries, an exchange of necessary information and developing international cooperation in the field of youth and sports and tourism.
Promotes youth entrepreneurship, and organize activities related to youth entrepreneurship.
Promotes youth tourism; Promotes youth volunteering; Encourage the participation of youth in sports volunteering activities. Encourage the employment of young people in sports activities.
Develops an open youth center based on the principle of work and youth employment.
