Short profile:I am an English teacher at a primary school and my students' ages are between 10- 16.I graduated from the department of English Language Teaching last year. After I'd graduated from university, I started teaching as soon as possible. I have been a teacher for one year. I am not an experienced teacher but I want to improve my teaching skills.

I haven't got much experience in teaching, but as I observed students don't have much difficulty in learning words or grammar. Students have difficulty in writing, listening and speaking. But I think the biggest problem is in speaking. I usually share my thoughts with my colleagues, and when I mentioned the problem about speaking to them, they said that they had the same thoughts. Students are unwilling to speak. I always to try to make a friendly atmosphere for my students so that they shouldn't be afraid of making mistakes or they can speak. I always try to motivate my students to speak. I try to create a friendly atmosphere for them to take part in oral activities.
My aim is to provide my students real learning environment. So I want to take part in a project and I want to improve my teaching skills and motivate my students to speak English.I think that If we take part in a project,My students will have enthusiasm for meeting new people, making new friends, enlarging their vision. They will be more curious about different cultures. They will be more social.
