| Short profile: | Our organization, Aid for Intellectual Development of Youth is a non-governmental organization. This organization was created in 2010. Main activities of Aid for Intellectual Development of Youth are:
Organizing
1. Personal Development and Business trainings
2. Writing different projects and realizing them in Azerbaijan as: "School of Young Entrepreneurs", "Youth in Business", "Youth Majlis", “Ideas realize”, “School of personal development 1,2,3,4,5,6,7” etc.
3. Summer and winter camps “My special potential 1”, “My special potential 2”, “Secret-Internal Mystery” personal development camp, “English in Fun”, “Hero of the tale” winter camp, etc
Additional activities for the intellectual development of youth:
1.seminars of professionals of different fields : personal development, business, insurance, fashion, employment etc.
2.conversations in different languages: English, Russian, German languages
3. intellectual games in Azerbaijani (Knotty game) and English ( Think O) for youth
4. Library, consists of more than 4000 books in different languages like, Turkish, Azerbaijani, German, Russian, English languages
We also take into account physical development of youth such as organizing:
-Outdoor activities, such as football, volleyball, swimming, tennis, cycling
-Monthly and annual competitions of these sports fields, including chess competitions
The aim is to develop the youth, and we created this organization because of the need that, people, especially the youth are active in projects within Azerbaijan, but they don’t have good access to international level. Our target group is mainly the youth, but, there is no age limit. All can be our member and develop with us. Majority of them are young people, between 15-30. In addition, we have 10-16 years old members, including adults, like more than 40 years old people- teachers, professors, civil people. All want to develop, participate in projects, be socially active, be aware of different cultures of foreign countries. We mainly work on the field of projects within Youth in Action. One of our main objectives is to participate as partners, as well as organize projects in Azerbaijan.
