Short profile:I am Ilze Pildina from Latvia, Riga. I am interested in youth work, camps and international events. I have been working and leading a youth groups in camps and international and I really enjoy it . I am searching some exchanges what is connected with youths, camp work, culture, music that creats very nice environment for studnets and employees. I am capable of interaction with international people; I am open minded, nice, helpfull and hardworker. During my work with youth I had to lead youth evenings with games, lectures, nice dinner and some discussions about youth needed topics. I also have been organizing Latvian youth days , were I had to lead all meetings , I had to coordinate all work what had to be done.
