Short profile:Legnica's Citizen Initiative Association , after 15 years of pioneer work on local and regional level in Poland, is willing to establish meaningful international cooperation.
We are an NGO committed to supporting civil society development in Lower Silesia region. Our work impacts other NGOs, public institutions and different social groups, most importantly young people. We design and implement both specific projects and systemic solutions, which include incubating and supporting organisations, creating networks of NGOs and initiating consultative bodies. Recently we were entrusted with administering funds for local citizens’ initiatives in our subregion.
Our work with young people involves regular support for Youth City Council, School for Social Leaders and other project empowering young people for civic participation.
