Short profile:Aziziye District Governorate is a local area government which is responsible for the whole district of Aziziye, Erzurum. There are many governmental offices working under the organisation like District Director of National Education, District Director of National Health, District Director of Sports, etc.
Our main aims are informing and raising awareness of the European Union and its educational programs; promoting self-fulfilment and personal development of young people through educational programs of the European Union and developing non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, international cooperation and active civil society.
Our organisation runned many national and local projects and since 2013, we have applied for Erasmus+ projects. ‘Aziziye Okuyor’, (Aziziye is Reading) ‘Onların da Oynamaya Hakkı Var.’' (It is Their Right to Play Too), ‘Hayalimdeki Geleceğe Yürüyorum.’ (I am Walking To The Future In My Dreams), ‘Ben de İyi Bir Gelecek İstiyorum’ (I Want A Better Future Too) are some of the national social responsibility projects which have been conducted by our organization. We believe in international cooperation and interaction is the key to a fully integrated EU citizenship.
