Short profile:I'm a guidence conselor in Şişli Vocational High School. I studied psychological counseling and guidance in Marmara University in İstanbul and graduated in 2008. After graduation I worked in a consultancy company named Institute of Behavioral Studies as a assistant consultant for 3 years. My departmant was organisational development. I contributed many project for corporate customers. In 2011 I decided to work with young people to be able to create awareness about themselves and their potential. I have been working with adolescent for 3 years. I help them to know oneself and make a career plan. I have been studying MBA and next term I will start to study on my master thesis.
