Summary of the project:The aim of the training is to increase the youth capacity by providing space to practice their skills in project management and enabling the youth leaders to implement activities within youth excanges and in their organizations within the framework of youth work at local, national and European level.
Special considerations:The training course is for the youth workers who are working for the young people who have fewer opportunities than the others. It will help them gain comptence and skills to be actively involved in the society, raise creative thinking and enable them to access to the labor market.
