Summary of the project:Tools4Change is a low-fee, volunteer project, in beautiful Sri Lanka. The project\'s aim is to bring tools and skills to deprived communities, in developing nations. With the use of donated and refurbished tools, Tools4Change will teach the indigenous populations new skills in construction. This will be accomplished through hands-on-training during the renovation of a local building. The initial project in February 2012, will see the renovation of a derelict church, an important part of the community.
Special considerations:Yes, the donated tools will be collected and refurbished by the members of Betuwe Wereldwijde, a non-profit organization for mentally and physically disabled young men.
