It\'s a reality that internet has a very important role in our lives. We can say a life without internet is imposible. Our relationship with the internet has turned into an addiction. Recent researcher prove that our addiction to being online is higher than our addiction to alcohol, smoking. In order to contribute to find a solution to addiction of internet
