Summary of the project:Youth and Environment Europe (YEE), federation uniting youth environmental NGOs from all over Europe, would like to invite your Youth Organization for participation in a TC on leadership skills for young leaders in youth environmental organisations.
The project focuses on women in Central and Eastern Europe and Balkan and Caucasus region to empower them to be leaders in their organisations and their communities. This TC is the first one from the long term project ‘Women Leadership Programme’ which is a series of trainings on leadership skills for young women leaders in environmental organisations organised within the YEE network in 2012-2013.
During this TC we aim to provide young women with the knowledge and skills about leadership, possibility to discuss and exchange experience with other environmental organisations, and the opportunity to develop and practice their leadership skills. This TC will include a variety of practice, theoretical input, and sharing of experience. A particular focus will be placed upon gender equality and rights, elimination of gender discrimination, different types of leadership styles, etc.
