Summary of the project:We are inviting you to take part in our youth exchange, where young people of different backgrounds can exchange their ideas and life hacks on how to prevent and fight depression. This youth exchange aims at helping the young learn how not to feel upset about small problems, how to control their moods and make their lives happier and more balanced. At the same time, we find it really important to prepare and motivate the participants to spread the knowledge they get during the project to others around them.
