Summary of the project:Not Always Good project is a two- phase youth exchange focusing on bad practices of youth organizations from previous projects that they implemented.
This youth exchange focuses on bad experiences of different succesfull youth NGOs across Europe. Identyfication of different legs of problems experienced in pilot projects of partner organizations is the main concern and that would potentially include physical conditions, motivational factors, human rescources, cooperational failures and cultural problem analyzes.
A concrete outcome of this project will be a guideline for youth organizations which will clarify potencial risk factors, reasons and solutions of bad experiences moving from the concrete examples of participating organizations.
Special considerations:We are open to youth with fewer opportunities.
