OBJECTIVES:

- To provide youth workers with a new and effective methodology to implement gamification in their work with youngsters dropped out of schools.
- To establish medium and long term strategies and action procedures for working with youngsters using gamification as a tool.
- To offer workers strategies to motivate youngsters in their learning process to acquire and improve competences.
