Main objectives of the project:

• To define and find solutions for the main challenges NGOs/ Youth Organisations are facing.
• To provide practical experience and skills to participants on how to create a sustainable organisation and run successful projects.
• To provide the skills to participants to create long-term strategies, to insure sustainable funding and to attract, motivate and retain volunteers for their organisations.

Financial Conditions:

• Food and accommodation will be provided and paid by the organizers. Travel costs of the participants will be reimbursed by bank transfer after the course, based on the travel distance per participant in accordance to the new rules of the Erasmus+ Programme.
• There will be a 30 Euro Participation Fee.
