Summary of the project: The main aim of this project increasing the cooperation between local youth and international youth by orienteering Orienteering is the sport activities of navigation with a special map and compass to run and walk to a series of points shown on the map,
choosing routes both on and off trail that will help the youngs find all the points and get back to the finish in the shortest amount of time in various spaces.Orienteering is often called “thinking sport”because ıt involves comprehend,consider,map reading,decision making and concentration in addition to a great workout.Orienteering has a lot of advantages include are sport for everyone,regardless of age,experience or phsically hurdle ,provide to exploration use to low price equipment and changable maps,become free and self confident for orienteers,very easy to learn in short time and improve to phsically and mentality of orienteers.By means of this project we will get obtain information and knowledge sharing on opportunities available to youth.It will provide better understanding of cultures among European and Turkish participants to create an understanding and appreciation of different cultures,values.It will contribute to the development of cultural understanding and cohesion among them through this Project.
