Summary of the project:The main goal of the Project could be defined as; help young people to learn with cultural activities such as dancing activities and to help them to learn different cultures to break their taboos and prejudges. With use of non-formal education techniques our project’s main goal is intercultural sharing and generating awareness in local populace about “how similar we are?”. The project is mainly based on 10 days/9 nights which will take place in Turkey with participation of 5 countries (including hosting country).Participant countries’ teams will include 5 people and a team leader. It’s very important to balance the gender distribution. Project includes workshops focused on intercultural learning and sharing. Besides these, the project also focuses on integration of local populace in to project and maximize the “local impact”. And addition to these, with final show of the project “Let’s Dance Together Dance Show” the intercultural teams will demonstrate folk dances of the participant countries and give audition an unforgiveable memory. For this cause there will be a workshops mainly based on creating intercultural dance teams and generating careographies. Also two cultural nights will take place in the project to provide intercultural exchange.
