Summary of the project:Leadership; is being so good in different ways of life ,culture, arts, science, or sum of rigging characteristics in social living areas instead of being expert in only one area, doing these mixing this characteristics by his personal manner with his own charisma.

A potential like this, in every time period has been the actor that helps human beings to develop. In our global world, in nowadays consumer daily life decreasing of the leader potential is seen clearly. By the way the question is that we have to ask is: “how to be al leader?” and “how a leader should be?”

During the project period, to take attention of public opinion, there will be relationships with media and several groups of students, civilian society establishments and local management will been worked together.

Everybody knows that a good leader has to know his own culture and others. After several seminars and conferences we will make our youth and the youth from other countries together.
