Summary of the project:The volunteers will be integrated in different 1st grade classes helping the teacher to run the daily activities:

- Assist the children inside classroom: the volunteer will help the children with more difficulties to accomplish their tasks (ex: do exercises, learn to read and write the first words, etc.); distribute materials for the students;

- Meals Time: The tasks of the volunteer can include helping in giving the meals to the children, but most important, helping in creating a friendly environment during the meal time;

- Leisure activities: the volunteers will promote activities with children, animating the school breaks and implementing leisure time activities (sports, pedagogical and cultural) for children with an entertaining but also educational purpose; assist the teacher to take a look on children during going outs: environment tours, adventure sports, outdoor games, etc.

- Workshops: create thematic workshops with the purpose of teach the children about some subjects. Creative ideas are welcome!

- Promote European Voluntary Service and other youth activities: organise exhibitions and presentations in schools and in youth clubs, etc. The EVS volunteers will give visibility to their EVS activity, in order to motivate more young people to participate on EVS and in other youth activities like youth exchanges. This task can be done together with ProAtl
